Import clearance
We monitor your import shipment from the booking of your supplier in the country of origin to its arrival at the destination port. We regularly track this booking to inform you promptly of any delays due to bad weather, schedule changes, etc. You don’t need to follow up; we will notify you if any delays occur.
We are also happy to handle the document dispatch to you. This allows for early customs registration and timely release with the shipping lines, helping to avoid demurrage and storage fees. We can process customs clearance on your deferment account or our own. We maintain and secure all relevant customs data for your shipments, so we can provide active support during customs inspections.
Export clearance
We are pleased to provide sea freight rates – FCL or LCL – for your export orders. Feel free to contact us if you need rates for planned projects for calculation purposes.
We book your shipment, arrange for the transport of less-than-container loads, or ensure the timely delivery of containers. For FCL shipments, you will receive a marine ocean bill of lading with you listed as the shipper and your order number included, also available in accordance with letters of credit. We monitor the shipment until it reaches the destination country and send a notification to your customer. Full traceability is ensured, as your order number is included on all documents.
